From Mattoon: Take Route 16 east turn left the first road past Sara Bush Hospital (Loxa Road). Turn left at the Professional Plaza sign. You will see the 2 story 100 Professional Plaza on the Left.

From Charleston: Take Route 16 west turn right at Dust and son's Auto Parts (Loxa Road). Turn left at the Professional Plaza sign. You will see the 2 story 100 Professional Plaza on the Left.

From Mattoon: Coming into Sullivan on Route 121 turn left at stoplight (Hamilton Street). Go 2 blocks and turn left on Harrison Street. In the 2nd block you will see us onthe left. Handicapped parking in the rear.
